Warp knitted fabric not only has the commonness and characteristics of knitted fabric, but also has its own characteristics, such as good transverse elasticity and extensibility, stable longitudinal size, soft texture, small separation and good air permeability
1. Polyester fabric has high strength and elastic recovery ability, so it is firm and durable, wrinkle resistant and iron free.
2. It is easy to dry after washing, and the wet strength hardly decreases and does not deform. It has good washability and wearability.
3. Polyester is the best heat-resistant fabric in synthetic fabrics. It has thermoplastic and can be made into pleated skirts with long pleating.
4. Those with poor dyeability but good color fastness and not easy to fade. Polyester molecular chain has no specific dyeing group and small polarity, so it is difficult to dye the color, poor dyeability and difficult for dye molecules to enter.
5. The fabric made of ordinary polyester filament has the advantages of good strength, smooth and crisp, easy washing and fast drying, but it has some disadvantages, such as hard hand feel, poor touch, soft luster, poor air permeability and moisture absorption. If compared with silk fabrics, the gap is too large, so we must first imitate silk in the silk thread structure in order to eliminate the disadvantage of poor wearing performance.
